Beyond editing pages and posts, these tasks keep a Textstem site running: managing the files in the media library, editing globals that appear across the site, choosing how pages are cached, and adding new content types with content packs.

• Managing Assets — Upload and manage files in the media library, edit their details and use AI to describe images.
• Globals — Manage globals: content such as a phone number, footer menu or notice that's available anywhere on the site.
• Caching Pages — Turn on Textstem's static page cache and choose a private or public caching strategy.
• Installing Content Packs — Extend Textstem with new content types by installing content packs.
• Content Approval — Set up publish approvals: choose who publishes, set up editor and publisher roles, and check that drafts go to review.
